This photo was taken at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge in Massachusetts. With my Senior Pass I can attend it for free. It belongs to all of us.

Meanwhile the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon remains closed until further notice. Ammon Bundy and other self proclaimed “patriots” have taken over the refuge, renamed it the Harney County Liberty Center, tore down a fence using government equipment. So far only one person has been arrested for stealing a government vehicle into town, apparently to buy more snacks.
