Good morning,
I had the opportunity to play some bluegrass gospel tunes with some folks at a church service at Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church. Dick Horonjeff recorded our performance. This is our version of a classic tune with somewhat grim imagery.
Are You Washed in the Blood of the Lamb (A)
Verse 1:
G C
Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power
G D
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb
G C
Are you fully trusting in his grace this hour
G D G
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb
Chorus (after each verse)G
Are you washed(are you washed)
C
In the blood(in the blood)
G D
In the soul cleansing blood of the lamb
G C
Are your garments spotless are they white as snow
G D G
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb (turn around)
Verse 2:G C
Are you walking daily by the Savior’s side
G D
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb
G C

Verse 3:G C
